When you find a mistake in exhibition information

Reporting a correction

If you find an error in the exhibition information we list (the dates, prices, closed days, venue details, and so on), we’d really appreciate hearing about it.

How to report

You can report it from the “Report incorrect information” link at the bottom of each exhibition’s detail page. We’ll review what you send and make corrections or updates as needed.

If you can’t find the detail page, or for general opinions and requests, please reach out via “Send feedback” on My Page.

Please note

• Some of the data comes from a database, so corrections may take time
• For temporary closures, changes to exhibition content, and the like, the information on each facility’s official website takes precedence
