When your location can't be detected

When allowing location access still doesn’t work

When you allow location access, Bijusanpo can show nearby exhibitions sorted by distance. If it isn’t working, try the steps below for your environment.

iPhone / iPad (Safari)

When opened in Safari

1. Tap the icon on the left side of the address bar
2. Tap ”…” at the bottom of the menu
3. Scroll down to “Website Settings”
4. Change “Location” to “Allow”
5. Reload the page

Apple official help

When opened from the Home Screen (PWA)

If you denied location access, it can’t be changed afterward, so delete the app from your Home Screen once and add it again.

1. Press and hold the Home Screen icon and tap “Delete Bookmark”
2. Reopen this site in Safari
3. Add it again via the Share button → “Add to Home Screen”
4. When the location prompt appears, tap “Allow”

Android (Chrome)

1. Tap the icon on the left side of the address bar
2. Select “Permissions” or “Site settings”
3. Change “Location” to “Allow”
4. Reload the page
