When the display looks broken
Clearing the cache often fixes it
If the display or behavior seems off—broken layouts, outdated information, or buttons that don’t respond—old cache data left on your device may be the cause. Running “Clear cache” from My Page deletes the saved cache and reloads the app in its latest state.
Steps
- Open My Page
- Tap “Clear cache” in the “Support” section
- Tap “Clear cache” in the dialog that appears
- The page reloads automatically
What happens
When you tap “Clear cache,” the following actions are performed:
- Saved cache data is deleted
- Filter settings are reset
- The page is reloaded
Data stored on the server, such as your Favorites and visit history, is not deleted. If you’re still logged in after the reload, it is restored automatically.
If that doesn’t help
If the problem persists after clearing the cache, your browser’s own cache or site data may also be left over. Try using your browser’s “clear site data” feature.
If you’re using the app as a PWA added to your Home Screen, delete the Home Screen icon once, reopen the site in Safari / Chrome, and add it again with “Add to Home Screen.”
