When you want to leave

How leaving works

If you want to leave Bijusanpo, you can delete your account from the Account settings page.

  1. Open My Page
  2. Tap “Account settings”
  3. Tap “Delete account” at the bottom of the page

  1. In the confirmation modal, type “DELETE” in the text field
  2. Tap the “Delete account” button

What happens after deletion

  • All of your data is permanently deleted — this includes your Favorites, visit history, recommendation settings, nearest station, request history, and everything else
  • It can’t be undone — your data cannot be restored after deletion
  • You can re-register — you can sign up again with the same social account (Google / LINE / Apple). However, your previous data is not carried over

Common stumbling points

  • “For security, you need to log in again” appears — if a while has passed since you logged in, you’ll be asked to re-authenticate for security. Log out once, log back in, and try again
  • The “Delete account” button can’t be tapped — check that you’ve typed “DELETE” exactly (in uppercase) in the confirmation text field
