What you can do once logged in

With Bijusanpo, you can search exhibitions, use the map, and create walk plans without logging in. Logging in unlocks personalized features like these:

• Save “Want to go” exhibitions — Tap the heart to add exhibitions you’re interested in and look back at them later
• Register favorite venues — Follow museums and galleries you visit often and manage them in one list
• Push notifications — Get alerts about opening day, exhibitions ending soon, new exhibitions at your favorite venues, and more
• For You recommendations — Recommends exhibitions that match your taste based on your “Visited” records
• Visit records — Mark exhibitions you’ve been to as “Visited”

How to log in

1. Open “My Page” from the navigation at the bottom of the screen
2. Tap “Log in”
3. Choose Google, LINE, or passkey to log in

Log in with either account after agreeing to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. There’s no separate sign-up process — your account is created the moment you log in for the first time with the account you chose.

Sign up and log in with a passkey

If you’d rather not use a Google or LINE account, you can sign up with a passkey. With a passkey, you sign in with Face ID or your fingerprint — no password to remember.

1. On the login screen, under “Not using Google or LINE?”, tap “Sign up with passkey”
2. Check the nickname (a default is filled in — keep it or change it)
3. Tap “Create passkey” and confirm with Face ID or your fingerprint

From then on, tap “Sign in with passkey”. Passkeys are saved in iCloud Keychain, Google Password Manager, and similar services, and shared across devices that use the same account.

If you sign up with only a passkey, keep these points in mind:

• You won’t receive email notifications — because no email address is registered. Push notifications still work
• If you lose the passkey, you can’t log in — if you delete the passkey or switch to a device that doesn’t use the account where it’s saved, you can’t get back into that account. Sign up again in that case
• Passkeys don’t work in in-app browsers — pages opened inside apps such as Instagram or LINE can’t create or use passkeys. Open the page in Safari or Chrome

If you log in with Google or LINE, you can also add a passkey from “Add passkey” in Account settings.

Log in first to use notifications

Push notifications require logging in, whether for exhibitions ending or new exhibitions. Please log in before opening the notification settings page. For details, see Receive notifications.

Common stumbling points

• You can’t log in with LINE from the Home Screen app on iPhone — Due to an iOS limitation, you can’t log in with LINE directly from a PWA added to your Home Screen. Open it in Safari once, log in there, and then add it to your Home Screen. For details, see When you can’t log in with LINE
• Returning to the previous screen after logging in — After logging in, you’re automatically taken back to the screen you were on before (or the exhibition where you tapped “Want to go”)
• Logging out — You can sign out anytime from “Log out” at the bottom of My Page
